Pros

Co workers were awesome and helpful. Jim was the manager at the time. Supportive environment. The supervisors were very strange. Free pop, snacks and good coffee. Free arcade games, pool etc. Your own cubicle. Didn't feel like a call center.

Cons

Training is HARD and ran by someone I think was on drugs. She kept leaving the training room all of the time and couldnt keep still. I know a druggy when I see one. Once she did training and put you on the floor doing live calls, if you asked her questions she always had a smart remark. I had to pull her to the side to let her know I was not the one.

Pros

Soda machine in cafeteria and decent benefits (but you pay a lot for them)

Cons

Negative work atmosphere, lots of management with zero team building skill. Impossible to advance unless you kiss the butt of a lower management and decide to get into 'the circle'. If accepted into the circle; advancement is possible and you really do not need reasoning skills or business experience, but the pay is still not in line with similar jobs. The culture is very cutthroat and anything said or done can and will be held against you. Arvato in Pleasant Prairie is a job, but not a career.

Toxic cesspool!

Pros

There is nothing beneficial about working here.

Cons

Never felt part of the team starting from day one. It is a toxic cesspool that embraces blame rather than accountability. Managers will accept half-truths as fact and never bother to get the other side of the story. Training and professional development is entirely absent. Logic and reasoning does not apply. Vague feedback such as "work faster" is the norm. There is no support from your manager...only criticism. You will begin to second guess yourself and question your capabilities. No genuine interest in seeing you succeed.
