      Very laid back environment so minimal stress.

      Cons

      - Sometimes difficult to learn because supervisory staff is inconsistent in their knowledge and dedication. - Frequent call monitoring and evaluations that determine your bonuses. Not fair due to the above reason. - Low pay.
