      Pros

      You can learn new tools, have trainings on weekly basis, apply for different positions within company, no previous experience always necessary, diverse environment.

      Cons

      Low salary wage, takes sometimes long time for a position to be open. The increase in wage is not as stable as it should be comparing to other similar companies although you can work as hard and give as much as you can in terms of work given.

      Great team, opportunities to grow to a certain level, international atmosphere

      Cons

      Closed and secretive higher management group, poor communication at all levels, salary is very low, no regular feedbacks or appraisals, once yearly review is completed however it is done with the feeling that it is just another task ticked off the managements list
