      Good food joints near company

      Cons

      Management keep their eyes and ears closed to the work environment Non A/c cabs(Not disclosed at the time of joining) Salary Delays Food is not provided even for BPO employees who are working in night shifts also No Lunches/Dinner parties from company

      Pros

      Not much, apart of that anybody can get the job in here and if you are friendly with the right people you don't need any education to get some perks or promotion.

      Cons

      Low pay, no structure, managers without basic knowledge on how to manage people or how to turn on the computer. Starting from the main boss who is laying in his employees faces. Dramas, investigations, there was a time when somebody get really annoyed and send complaining email to the Microsoft, arvato get crazy.

      Work with nice colleagues and friendly environments. Also the payroll is fair enough.
