      relaxed environment, a lot of free time, cheap meals

      Cons

      People promoted based on connections, small salary, no benefits, cost-cutting policy, no real relation between employee and management, people braching company policy or just doing a bad job never get fired

      Friendly and relaxed work environment. Management really wants to ensure employees have a pleasant work space and fun social events. Attempted to bring salaries up to market value.

      Cons

      Need to have more than one large account Listen to your employees and engage them in what is happening with the company Actually hire a sales team. Need to think big picture, rather than get scared by short term bumps in the road
