      Pros

      Good working environment, very friendly and enjoyable. Multi-cultural and always changing.

      Cons

      Salary is really low compared to the competencies needed to work in certain teams, few chances to follow a proper career path. Too much turnover, which makes really difficult for experienced people to bond with new joiners, which are sometimes demotivated by that and leave as fast as they can.

      thehave nowork for interns..soyou just basically sit there and do nothing..and if youdont speakgerman..dnt bother toapply..the least international company..so german makes you thinka lot..
