      Poorly Management, NO leadership and low paying jobs with managment users and abusers with long hours

      benifits, close from home 15 min walk

      Cons

      management does not listen to anyone reckless style many of the PM and VP. Do not handle in house problems very well. Have lost lots of cleints because of no leadership. cleint relationships are not this companies strong point as I had to deal with numour compaints of rude employees costing the company jobs.

      - Smart people - Good benefits -Good work life balance

      Cons

      - You get to work on one thing alone - ie the Hybris platform. If that is what you want to do for the rest of your career, this is the place to be.
