      Very entrepreneurial (especially if you come with new business ideas); decentralized; non-beaurocratic; international (international assignments possible); strong focus on employee training and development; depending on the location or the team, people and managers are great!, growth initiatives in the next few years will give ample career opportunities

      Same stuff as everywhere; in the last years, arvato missed out on taping into some important market segments, yet much push and renewed growth can be expected

      nothing good,except faculty kkkkk

      Cons

      for fresher is good but experience don't go with this.if company having 3 opening they hire 10 out off 3 select at end of training rest are terminate.If you have any brother/sis so go with this otherwise dn't take a chance dn't compromise with ur last job even ur from ibm or some big name..politics to much,very bad cafeteria no meal nothing
