      Flexable work schedual, good benefits

      Cons

      Management is a few high school graduates that are all friends, pay is very low, extreamly high turn over, people are often fired for no apparent reason (this is a work-at-will state). The company says there is no funds for activities, however the Europe companies have HUGE parties almost weekly.

      Overall nice group of people, but too many computer systems being integrated too quickly led to customer dissatisfaction. Overpromise and underdeliver was their sales initiative

      Overpromise and underdeliver was their sales initiative. Too much work and no regard for personal time. An overall feeling that the place could shut down any time.

      Great staff and morale across the location. All staff are welcoming and managers truly are focused on employee satisfaction. Career growth is abundant for the right individual. The technology you have access to is leading edge for BPO's.

      Cons

      Flexibility is the key to sucess. Those that can quickly adapt to the industry and changing mosaic of Arvato will do well.
