      Huge opportunities for company, but poor Senior management that is very out of touch with the working operations.

      Many different facets of services, global infrastructure and opportunities,

      Cons

      Senior management is more concerned with its own paycheck than the longevity of the company. No future roadmap, competitors and customers provide very open feedback as to how arvato is very top heavy in management and don't have enough legitimate personnel that are working towards real solutions.

      Pros

      Arvato Digital Services supports quite a few companies all over the world. They partner with some top firms and provide outsourced staffing. The management is driven to build better employees so employees are encouraged to create goals. Meeting and exceeding those goals return financial rewards.

      Cons

      Depending on the layers of management, some employees may not have full visibility to overall strategy. Pay can be average.
