Pros

Nothing good to say. Worst company.

Cons

- low pay, minimum wage. - Pay issues -racism - Harrasment from managers -Bullying - Drug culture - Majority of the workers are school drop outs and ages between 17 to 21. Its a school playground. Its like college. - They like people who don't question and say Yes to everything. - High employee turnover - Lack of resources and training - Lie to you about your job role.

Pros

- Work itself is very simple and not stressing.

Cons

- Bad Managers/Management (they are not properly qualified) - Low salary - Managers treat you like if you were a little kid - No promotion possibilities (unless you are friend of the managers...) - Frequent lies, useless meetings, fake promises,... - Time control, like in a prison. They control with a minute precision your breaks.

Cons

I've been trying to think of something nice to say but the words are really few. I liked the job itself, but that's about it. During my time at Arvato I saw people in my team being bullied by management and HR, and my manager has been calling another colleague names. HR were aware of our situation being unhappy with our manager but kept trying to joke it away and not take our concerns seriously. Manager really forgetful over all, making it impossible to trust him. There has been times where he has been forgetful telling the team to do/not do a certain thing, to then forget about it and giving out about the fact that we're doing it. There is no way to proceed in the company if you are not already a favorite by management. This is the only job where I have actually felt anxiety waking up in the mornings, trying to find excuses just to not go.
