Absolutely none. Worst management I have ever experienced.

Cons

Irregular work schedule, overtime it's demanded. Management do not take feedback about processes and come with the most ridiculous ideias about implementing new guidelines that never holds more than one full shift. They are always very disrespectful towards employees.
