Pros

You can make the job what you want, take initiative and get recognized for your contributions. I left voluntarily to pursue personal interests and the whole exit process was handled smoothy and professionally.

Cons

With the acquisition of Apperian there is less focus on the mobile app management platform.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some of the most truly talented leaders and employees in professional services, product management, sales, and engineering. Arxan has one of the most well run Agile / Scrum engineering organizations I've seen. While Arxan is a smaller software company, Arxan truly uses cutting edge product management, project management, engineering tools to get the job done.

Cons

This company thrives on getting things done. If you want to fly below the radar and do mediocre work, this isn't the place for you. If you want to be challenged and learn some really cutting edge security technology unlike any other, check out Arxan.
