Great momentum heading into 2019

Pros

Introduced some great new products and technology into market in 2018 that are very relevant to current industry trends. We have a talented and motivated team that is passionate about what we do as an organization. The business has strong momentum closing out 2018 and it is fun to be a part of that and know that I helped contribute to the company's success this year.

Cons

2018 got off to a rough start with a reorganization and we lost some good talent as a result. Leadership changes throughout the year (CFO, CTO) caused some uncertainty - but we significantly upgraded the talent in those two roles.

Pros

Work life balance is great

Cons

The company has a history of financial mismanagement and large layoffs. HR is non-existent. The CEO is unengaged and doesn't seem to understand the products. The engineering staff was very talented but the ones who haven't been let go are leaving while they can.
