I have been here only a short while but I really love the company

Pros

As a relatively new employee at the company I have found it to a welcoming environment and have not experienced any of the negative behaviors posted by what I expect are disgruntled ex-employees. Although the CEO travels quite a bit, when he is in the office I have found he spends a good bit of time walking around, taking interest in what we are doing, I do feel he does genuinely cares. The company expects you to do your job well but has been open to accommodate personal situations. I have enjoyed my experience here and would recommend to others the same.

Cons

There have been some recent growing pains but the new CFO is a welcome and positive change.

Pros

Good mid Management, good salary

Cons

Since half of Arxan is ex-Imperva the culture of dissing colleagues and bum sniffing the Management became daily practice... apart from the core Solutions everything is wishful thinking and snake oil selling.

Exciting market, good people, on the up. Our area of security is getting hotter. A lot of the people we have are awesome. When we execute, we win. Always.

Cons

Small company growing up - it comes with everything that entails. It’s not for everyone. We need talented people who work hard and make things happen.
