Pros

- Smart, hard working team across most business functions - Company has made some good hires recently (exec team and throughout the company) - The industry is hot and I think the company in a good position to benefit - CEO cares deeply about team and company growth and I believe his vision for company

Cons

- Nothing major - CEO has been doing monthly all-hands calls recently and now “walking the floor” a lot more over the last 6 months, but more of this would be even better
