The company is a technology based manufacturer who expands its business rapidly in US. It has more than 10 companies in US and each culture is different.

Cons

Sometimes too much control by its HQ in Japan, but it is in a process of localization too.

Pros

This company has great benefits and, depending on your department, great mentorship from management. I was lucky enough to feel very valued with this company and my personal and proffesional growth was really unexpected.

Cons

It can be difficult to balance work/life at times. While my job description had listed 20% travel, I spent months where I was out of the office upwards of 70%. You'll find this common in the industry though.

Pros

I liked that management staff at the facility. The floor managers were flexible and understanding of current situations. The coworkers are great people to work with. They allows sufficient amount of breaks.

Cons

When I worked there, I was hired to relieve labor constraints because business was picking up. It was very busy in terms of all the orders that needed to be completed. Sometimes there was a lack of communication which caused production woes.
