Pros

Pay is good, Benefits are good. Majority of the people are good to work with.

Cons

President and the Directors are clueless. There are 3 directors that have no means being in the position they are in. The Culture has turned negative ever since the new president has taken over. People are leaving and they are letting people go so the directors have a job.

Cons

The company head has no idea or involuntarily let a group of 3 people who look very friendly and professional but they use and abuse HR rules to get fired anyone who works and steps on their way to make the most money with the minimum of work done to the expense of the company.

Pros

good benefits, lots of nice people, if you got a good manager and are in a certain position you get flexibility with your times or working from home.

Cons

bad work environment from management side. Don't get me wrong - there are some good upper managers but the bad ones are the ones that pull the strings. Lots of nice but unhappy people due to unrealistic prioritizing from upper management. If you want to do your job good and work hard to stay on top you have no life work balance. No clear description what is your job and what is not so you end up with a lot of stuff being double worked (upper management gives the same project to different people without telling them someone else already works on it) and other stuff falling through the cracks because people think it's the others persons responsibility or that person always does it... Some backstabbing employees can make your life hell but if upper Management likes them they rather get rid of you and keep those people, so either quietly suck it up or you will be out. Not much advancement possibilities - they talk about it but unless you are a favorite of upper management you don't get anywhere. They might hire you to fix things and promise you a lot of support but when you start there you don't get the resources to do anything and not half the support they said you would. In some positions you even need to fight to get all the info you need to do your job. They like to hire inexperienced people to stay cheap but then expect great results from the start and blame the lower managers or individuals when it goes wrong and costs them.
