Pros

Folks are generally kind and collaborative. My peers, bosses, and team members have been pleasant to work with. Psychological safety is higher than in many companies. Compensation may not be top-of-market, but it's quite good, and work-life balance is good as well. Basically if you're optimizing for quality-of-life, Asana is a great place to work.

Cons

Financial success has been somewhat elusive the past few years (see the stock price) and various strategy shifts have yet to show results. This has been reflected in layoffs and attrition, which unfortunately hasn't always resulted in career opportunities for those who remain. If you want to be on a rocket ship, look elsewhere.
