- Not a lot of challenging problems. The scale isn't huge so you won't be pushing the envelope on anything. As a result, it's hard to progress - Business is not doing well. Perks are being cut left and right and raises have gotten worse every year. - Tons of micromanaging. Area leads have their hands in every little project decision. They love leaving feedback to look like they know what is going on (they don't)

Asana's culture has changed significantly. We are no longer looking out for each other, and we are failing. I've heard that sales people are not making money and that they promote people who don't make their quotas. The product is a nice to have.
