* Culture (mentorship, no complex hierarchies) * People (capable and great at collaborating people) * Interesting problems

Cons

* Compensation probably is not the best out there * The problems you work on are definitely interesting but not necessarily ground breaking (except if you are interested in building the best collaboration tool)
