Ascend over all has a great culture and good work life balance.

Cons

If you are seeking employment here in the Information Security sector, don't. The turnover rate is extremely high. Alert Fatigue is extremely high. The majority of this team is either near shore or off shore contractors. On shore, FTEs do not stay. The Security director is the leading cause of this. Until this person is replaced, DO NOT even passively consider employment here until that change is made. The InfoSec org is laughable and you will not grow here.
