Simply too much to put into a short paragraph. Here is what you should know: their corporate culture is not what they tout. It is a top heavy organization that thrives on leading by fear. They believe their current culture issues are just "perception" and that this can be fixed by instating a "no alcohol at company events" policy. No one wants to speak up due to fear of retaliation, which is a real fear.
