      Pros

      The people are great. Flexible work / life company. The no vacation policy is really nice. Take vacation when you want.

      Cons

      Too much dependence on offshore workers. The communications between offshore and onshore workers is sometimes difficult to manage.

      Great Work life balance individual work atmosphere with opportunities for team Great coworkers

      Cons

      ascend needs to do a better job of making all of the individual companies within ascend feel they are all working towards the same goal. Basically one team, not individual teams under a brand. Advancement is difficult at times due to the companies within ascend being smaller.
