      Worst. Experience. Ever.

      Pros

      I lasted 3 years but giving notice soon. I gathered some good exposure to Product Dev, tech, and other areas. Meh. Most of this was self-motivated.

      Cons

      Where to begin? Under appreciated, overworked, gender-biased. It isn't worth waiting longer for things to change. Senior leadership is far removed from the regular employee but I think senior leaders prefer it that way.

      Pros

      Great culture that provides a lot of flexibility. We have the opportunity to work with a lot of passionate people which makes coming to work fun. Although this company continues to grow, we still don't have a lot of levels of management which helps things get done quickly.

      Cons

      Comp and benefits seems to be below market. Culture has some up side to make up for it.

      Pros

      Coworkers who truly want to help each other. Opportunities to get involved in various projects. Some flex time allowed, but not all departments can take advantage of it.

      Cons

      Top management that can only be described as bullies to make their projects top priority. Hardly any innovation going on. Promotions happen more frequently in select business units so if you're not in the right BU, you need to leave the company to grow your career. Employee morale is terrible.
