I was attracted to Ascend because I was familiar with the quality of the ATI materials available to support students. For me, the best part of the job is the flexibility in selecting the courses I want to teach, which fit into my schedule. In addition to in-person courses, online options are also available. The orientation provided was thorough and ongoing support is available.

-Great pay -Flexible schedule -Easy travel reservation system -Great training, great team and support -The materials are very well prepared and easy to use -The students love you at the end of the review! I've spent over two decades investing my expertise in educating undergraduates nurses. Now I can invest in their NCLEX success with great flexibility in my schedule.

Cons

There is a lot of content to learn, but it's all prepared on the slides and there is great coaching from my team lead.
