      Pros

      One of the best fitness certifications in the industry. You can know with confidence that you're working for one of the bests and that makes you feel good. You can make $100k, IF you can hit the monthly sales goals.

      Cons

      There has been tremendous change here, mostly in terms of sky rocketing sales goals and what is expected of you as a sales person. Marketing and Sales do not communicate and it seems they almost work against one another. The worst thing about this place, there is no communication between leadership and the sales force. Management never owes their failures and rarely takes responsibility for their actions.

      Some systems and processes not up to date, but working on it.

      Pros

      My experience at Ascend is that they give you what you need to do your job and then get out of your way. If you have questions, someone is always there to ask. If you need something to complete a task, just ask. Everyone I have worked with is professional, helpful and friendly. Great benefits and pay.

      In my opinion, there are no cons.
