      Pros

      Ascend has an incredibly inviting, supportive office culture. The training process has been exceptional--I was able to thoroughly familiarize myself with foundational job competencies before moving onto learning other skills. I also enjoy the fact that employees are encouraged to learn about the entire publishing process, rather than only the parts that correlate with their job responsibilities.

      Pros

      The founders of the company care very much about their employees and their clients. I always feel like my opinion is important and good decisions are being made at the top level. Some excellent Pros for working at MedHub include: - Bosses that care about the company and each individual employee - Flexible vacation time and work hours - Many job positions have the opportunity to travel frequently - Friendly atmosphere and supportive coworkers - The building is beautiful and the location is excellent

      Cons

      Each individual employee must be able to work independently. If you are not a self-driven hard worker, this may not be the best environment for you.
