      This is the best company I have worked for

      Pros

      This company pays well in salary and compensation. The benefits are great. There is alot of support from the management. I work remotely so that is a bonus to live in my territory.

      Cons

      As with all companies there is always change. They reorganize to make the process work more efficiently. I dont consider this a con necessarily but that is what happens.

      The workspace is so motivating and energising with brilliant and motivated people around. Ascend policies are something which helps you to maintain a work life balance.

      Pros

      Lots of brilliant people to work with and learn from. Flexible work options A very supportive culture in terms of growth and development (both professional and personal), and work/life balance. Supportive of innovation and new ideas. A CEO that seems genuine, intelligent and forward-thinking.

      Cons

      Communication between departments can be frustrating; and there have been a lot of reorganizations that have occurred recently
