Decent pay Good resources and people to work with.

Cons

Too many managers, managerial hierarchy is reducing company loyalty, Not much pay raise, Not a good program to get promoted (No respect to employees with higher seniority and loyalty), some management folks are miser - meetings will be scheduled at lunch time but no lunch or break is offered to compensate.

Pay is adequate for many positions. Good health insurance. Unlimited pto plan. Growth opportunities if you don't mind moving to Kansas.

Cons

Stated corporate culture and actual corporate culture are way different. Attitude of "We know everything , you know nothing and you should just be thankful you have a job. " Pay for sales teams is underwhelming.
