Great people, professional and decently fun atmosphere--but very busy

Pros

In my experience great management. while they are constantly growing and re-investing to add markets the people in charge are personable, approachable and open. New office space in Burlington is beautiful. A company on the up and up. Summer hours and lack of PTO are a plus. You're encouraged to take the time you need off as it is appropriate with your duties.

Cons

traffic leaving Burlington can be a pain.
