      Pros

      Fully remote and flexible work schedule. Can work from anywhere. It's a good place to get some experience and then leave to go somewhere else where you'll be valued and compensated fairly.

      Cons

      The pay is low and never increases. Bonuses don't pay out despite record corporate profits. CEO was asked about why we don't hire for diversity and said "we hire lots of women." There is no growth path.

      There is no room for growth. When an employee resigns or changes positions, they do not fill the position within the company and just put the responsibilities onto current employees with no pay increase. When they do hire for management, they hire the employees they are friendly with rather than based on experience. Low pay and minimal vacation time. They state work-life balance is important, but they overload you with work
