Pros

Flexibility and benefits. They really do just require you to do your job. Don't necessarily have to be in the office everyday between 8 and 5.

Cons

Lack of accountability from resources. It's okay to ignore emails. "Everyone is busy". Well so am I!

Pros

They paid for my Wi-Fi each month.

Cons

They do not live up to their values at all.

Pros

Remote work is available, unless you live in the Kansas City metropolitan area then you will be required to do hybrid work one day a week in the Leawood office.

Cons

The leadership teams are ineffective and often ignore major issues. They hired a consulting company to try and fix some internal problems but nothing came from those discussions. A ton of tech issues all the time. Follow through is lacking.
