      Pros

      It is great to be working for a company that is passionate about making a difference and helping to change lives. I feel fortunate that the company values my family life and allows me work life balance.

      Cons

      We are busy which can also be a pro but this year the work good has been extra high.

      Pros

      The pay is nice, and the flexibility is nice as well. Great team environment with friendly co-workers willing to help.

      Cons

      A lot of training is involved, so I recommend taking notes and reaching out when necessary. The results are everything, as is with any job out there.

      Pros

      Flexibility is the biggest pro of Ascend Learning. I do my work well and have never been questioned about using my unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      May 2024 the company started their re-org, which meant layoffs and that work being put on those still there. Chaos. Unhappiness. Confusion. Typical re-org feelings. Raises are 0-3% annually and bonus structure is 50% based on all brands hitting goal and 50% on your OKRs. At exceeded expectations/role model I only qualified for 60% of the 50% from my OKRs. Salaries are all over the place as well as competence. This isn’t marketing, it’s project management.
