CORPORATE BUREAUCRACY RULES: Be sure to read all HR documents thoroughly!! I gave 3 weeks notice, left at the end of the 1st quarter 2023 and aided a smooth transition, but didn't receive my annual corporate bonus for 2022's accomplishments due to a corporate policy I wasn't aware of. Bonuses were paid out the following week and because I wasn't on payroll at the time, I did not receive one. I understand the policy, but ethically that is just not fair. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TASK OVERLOAD: At various times throughout my employment, sales team members were expected to join product scrum meetings, report on sprint timelines as well as manage their book of business.
