      The company as a whole has a lot of potential.

      Cons

      IT management could use leadership and management training. There is a thought that a manager must be a working manager but then they are also in the weeds and therefore not focused on leading the team.

      Pros

      My experience at Ascend is that they give you what you need to do your job and then get out of your way. If you have questions, someone is always there to ask. If you need something to complete a task, just ask. Everyone I have worked with is professional, helpful and friendly. Great benefits and pay.

      In my opinion, there are no cons.

      Pros

      Mostly nice people to work with at ATI. The office is in a good location. Bonus was good last year, but the raises are non-existent.

      Cons

      Very small raises. Work life balance is all talk. Sales people are all stressed about trying to make their numbers. Insurance isn't all that great.
