People leave and management refuses to backfill their openings instead making the rest of the team pick up the slack (without additional pay). Near impossible to get meaningful support, team members forced to rely on each other rather than managers. “Unlimited” time off is far from the reality, managers “don’t count time off” but always seem to know how much you’ve taken.
