HR and leadership are a joke. They say there is a no retaliation policy but leadership and HR use it heavily. Everything you say can and will be used against you. The good ole boy network is alive and thriving there.

We are not paid for the amount of work we do. This company does not promote from within, but looks to new people to hire in management positions. They do not respect the ideas and skills of lower level employees particularly from the content strategists. There is no opportunity to move up and they are constantly trying to refine our processes but do so without asking for input from the employees who are directly impacted. I would not recommend applying to work for this company.
