Pros

There are some great people on my team. People are generally very understanding, supportive, and have positive attitudes. The work is enjoyable. There is flexible PTO and actual work-life-balance.

Cons

Shared services are soooo slow. Good luck ever getting anything resolved by IT, legal, or accounts payable teams. This causes actual problems with products and stakeholders. Many systems are old and cumbersome. They don't fill positions when people leave, leading to larger workloads (without additional pay) and more outsourcing. Not a lot of growth opportunity.

Strong culture, good people and products and opportunity to learn nursing industry. Can make respectable salary and commission, but not like in years past.

Cons

Personal growth opportunities aren't strong, middle management is great talking to talk but hit and miss on actually walking to the walk. Company still expecting quick substantial growth in an industry that has longer sales cycles and certain resources need vital updates to compete with competitors.
