      Pros

      After years with a company that had a terrible culture, I got stuck, thinking it was the only way to work. I had to find something new for my sanity. I found NASM and Ascend Learning, what a world of difference!!! The culture of care this company has for their employees is amazing! The work life balance on top of that, I am wow'd by! I am so happy with my change and so beyond thrilled to be part of such an amazing company.
