The people are great. Flexible work / life company. The no vacation policy is really nice. Take vacation when you want.

Cons

Too much dependence on offshore workers. The communications between offshore and onshore workers is sometimes difficult to manage.

If you're wanting a place that will over-work you with unrealistic goals, if you don't value your evening and weekends, this is the place for you!

Cons

Required to be on-call and provide 24-7 tech support -- which was not disclosed during interview process. Extreme levels of micro-management. Unable to keep and retain employees. My position has been vacated by at least 3 different individuals w/in 14 months -- 2 quit, 1 was fired.

Good atmosphere and great people to work with. Management is great to work for, supportive, and always there to answer any questions.

Cons

There are really none that I can think of except that you must be flexible as far as your schedule goes.
