This is very good place to work. lots of opportunities to prove yourselves. and very good support to be innovative, from my mangers. I am really glad to work here. I have worked for around 6 companies so far, and this is the best amongst all of them. every opportunity to maintain work-life balanced. Management is very good. Pay is on par. lots of flexibility to work from home every friday and any day you required. but still I love to go to office not to miss my team.

Cons

not organized so well. Hard work should be paid with recognition.

Ascend just unveiled their new corporate values. In a meeting to discuss the new values the person running the meeting informed her team that, "happiness is not a value." That is pretty much all you need to know about Ascend.
