Pros

slow season is nice, gives time to destress and appreciate the position / hybrid is such a relief but i don't know how long the will implement that / decent pay

Cons

busy season can be overwhelming / lots of changes to adapt to (but all for the better) / not as bad as some soul sucking jobs but close, typical call center.

Pros

Outstanding training and development for sales, managers and RVPs are truly there to help reps, strong sales culture overall. Benefits and pay (especially commission structure) are great.

Cons

No major cons; occasional instances of micromanagement, but nothing warranting a "red flag".

Pros

NASM/AFAA has the best culture in a company I've worked for. They promote personal health, flexibility and communication with management. I can highly recommend working for NASM/AFAA, There is a place for someone who is prepared to work.

Cons

There are some gaps in onboard training but ultimate it's detrimental to preforming the job well.
