Pros

There were no "Pros"

Cons

Sales Reps - Stay Away!! The only reason ATI received a one star is because there were no negatives. The management from top down are truly incompetent and are ONLY out for themselves. The platform which controls the entire product line is worthless yet they will not replace. You are constantly putting out fires and apologizing to your schools rather than trying to help them out with ATI products and actually selling. I could go on and on but simply not worth my time.

Low pay, Low flexibility

Pros

Very organized.Structured. Low expectations.

Cons

The interview consists of meeting assignments over the course of 6 days to demonstrate you can navigate the system and be available as desired. No room for academic freedom. Mostly canned responses to students. Must work every Saturday morning, non-negotiable, 22-24 hours per week. Pays $75 per student, assigned one class of students at a time, students have 12 weeks to complete program. If you get the students to "green light" quickly it pays okay. If the students are unmotivated, the average salary works out to be $7-16/hour. For a job requiring an MSN prepared educator, this is poor.

Pros

Good pay, flexible PTO for salaried workers

Cons

Very poor communication, the left hand doesn't know what the right side is doing. Very little room for upwards promotions. Doesn't hire from within.
