Pros

I honestly can’t think of any.

Cons

Leadership turns a blind eye to the internal drama and backstabbing. This is the worst work environment I’ve ever experienced. It’s why they always have so many job postings, people are constantly leaving for better jobs and pay.

Pros

Benefits are decent People are great Decent internal wiki Recent upgrade of very old CRM system to a newer one has been very helpful Good products Some weeks are less busy than others

Cons

Some team members are very rude to others and this is allowed... even encouraged... on some teams Customer service is treated horribly Horribly outdated systems Extremely confusing and convoluted processes Unclear expectations Bloated management and understaffed front lines Increased responsibility without increase in pay when someone leaves. Positions are never backfilled. Extremely high workload Culture of gossip and burnout Forcing hybrid model after 2 years fully remote

Pros

Good co-workers, remote work, provides equipment

Cons

There is no room for growth. When an employee resigns or changes positions, they do not fill the position within the company and just put the responsibilities onto current employees with no pay increase. When they do hire for management, they hire the employees they are friendly with rather than based on experience. Low pay and minimal vacation time. They state work-life balance is important, but they overload you with work
