Pros

Ascend Learning and it's child companies have a great mission and goal. They strive to deliver great value to the industries they're targeting. (Healthcare, nursing, fitness)

Cons

Ascend needs to invest more into it's people. They seem okay with recycling employees and losing long-tenured people who understand the business, instead of giving them a path for growth.

Pros

You can tell Ascend Learning is focused on people from the beginning. Every individual involved in the hiring process to the training process has been so welcoming, responsive, and supportive. You can tell just by talking to some of them on the phone, like Natalie in HR, that they are smiling. The stepped process for onboarding allows for true learning to take place and there is no pressure to perform right out of the gate.

Cons

My only con would be the video links that didn't work during onboarding as I am one of those that appreciates being able to check the box on my list. But there was always a backup video or link to get you what you needed.
