I was looking for a company that would invest in my career growth and value my contributions. I found that at Ascend Learning, where my ideas are supported and continuous education supported. The company continues to hire instead of forcing teams into overtime hours, supporting work life balance.

Cons

Honestly, this is a great place to work and the only Con is due to the pandemic. I wish to have more in-person meetings with a permanent Hybrid option moving forward.
