100% remote Great market with very few real competitors. Great co-workers

Untrustworthy and unethical senior management Mid-level management is either 'yes men' to upper management, or are transferred/ demoted out of the role. The product is broken, and no one really seems to be fixing it. Toxic sales environment Sales leadership has publicly said that "There is no work-life balance in Sales" Almost 1/4 of the company (and 100% of the direct sales team) has resigned in the past few months. Commissions are stolen from sales team and when called on it, the CEO said 'sue me' There seems to be a bias toward 'young, white, male' employees, and no diversity in thought.
