Pros

This company has no positive attributes.

Cons

This is a cannabis company that rejects American cannabis culture. They represent everything that is wrong with the greedy MSO side of this industry. The corporate structure is composed of executives with no real education or even interest in cannabis. Favoritism and discrimination run rampant through the organization. Patients and customers are no more than potential transaction opportunities to them. I’ve already noticed the lengths they go to keep negative reviews off of Glassdoor which shows a greater desire to cover up as opposed to dealing with their evils head on.

Pros

Customer Base, Co-workers, Fast-paced, Product Samples You meet and deal with some of the most down to earth vendors and customers. It's the cannabis industry, everyone partakes so it's like a unspoken bond with everyone you meet.

Cons

The company is heading down the wrong path, they're requiring more, paying less, and setting unrealistic goals. There is little to no marketing support but the question is ALWAYS "What do we need to do to drive visits?" Senior leadership needs a reality check on how to treat people, you'll be showered with praise when you're running ragged but as soon as you burn out you'll be looked at like you need to be replaced even though really all you need is some of the PTO you accrued and couldn't take. Budtenders are no longer allowed vendor swag, seriously... On top of low pay, expensive insurance, no tips, lack of work/life balance, they stopped allowing swag.

Pros

-30% discount -budtenders and some managers were great to work with -you learn a lot about cannabis and working in the industry pretty fast. But you’ll be underpaid and learn by being thrown to the wolves, at least as any form of management. No hate to the L&D, security, and delivery departments, they were all cool people.

Cons

-stonewalling from upper management if they aren’t throwing a literal adult temper tantrum about something actually not a big deal via email. -C-Suite will come to the store to micromanage and really just get in your way without being useful. -Inter-departmental communication often feels like playing a game of telephone into an echo chamber. -Empty promises of promotions they will work you into the ground and then hire some external person over you for the role they promised in exchange for extra work. -there is a terrible culture of feeling like you are on the chopping block and replaceable, they always threaten that they’re watching the cameras 24/7, really they make us watch the cameras as supervisors for HOURS to fix stupid tiny budtender errors. -super mediocre health insurance, you’ll have to find new providers likely because no one takes their crappy insurance
