1. Higher Managements is helpful and keep things transparent. 2. HR team is super Effective and onboarding is real smooth. Timely answers and Engaging where ever needed.

HR is always there to answer your queries so no CONS as of now!

Pros

Ascendion gives a lot of important to their employees and keep them at their center. The company has broken all the conventional modes of staffing and have really been able to focus on modern ways to cater talent requirement. We see a very vibrant mix of leadership who have been very supportive and kind to take time when you need the most. The office predominently operates in US shifts but then the vibrancy it had during night shift does not give any less vibe of a day. Celebrations and appreciations run as core for employee engagement. I feel moving from Collabera to Ascendion was the right choice I got to make to upskill myself.

Cons

R&R has been a monthly activity and for non business employees, we see the level of recognitions get limited. Though feedbacks shared have been always taken into consideration but I feel some of such recognition program should run across. More standardized working hours and holidays could be a plus. Most of the service industry players have better structured leave plans.
